We currently manage two co-ops:

Co-Op Services Include:
- Bill and collect all shareholder maintenance and sponsor rents
- Secure building insurance policies, maintain active list of contractors/vendors
- Create and distribute monthly itemized statements, create budgets, follow bank accounts closely
- Review all sales and sublet packages
- Set up and attend annual meetings, serve as liaison between board and residents
